I am preparing a 'generic' framework for reporting project commissioning and closure, as two distinct phases, for project managers in the water and wastewater industry, which may apply to the public infrastructure industry in general, and am looking for user templates and hit lists for things to consider and be used by the project managers via thier intranet, any ideas ?
