Empathy is one of important skills for successful leader. it is helpful to enhance trust level ,a sense that staff are valued and cared about.
Leader with Empathy skills keeps team engaged in tasks effectively.when leadership shows to team that they care of them, the reciprocity reaction kicks in and they want to put in more effort.
Besides it ,Team will be more creative.Team are more likely to put time and energies coming up with new ideas, processes, and methods to improve their own work and move the organization forward. Saving Changes...

Key capacity no doubt! Being able to see others point of view is in my opinion one of the keystones for a PM Success!
