Replying to Sergio Luis Conte

In the same way you manage change into other type of approaches. Agile has change manegement embeded into it. If you use methods or frameworks you will find that change mantement is included. Unfortunately people do not understand (some people) that "embraced change" is not a synonim of "no change mangement".
Thanks Sergio for sharing your insight.

In agile project you do it via product backlog refinement. In case you exceed fixed time and/or costs, this will trigger a change request procedure as known from "traditional way of working".
Organizational change management is independent from agile approach.
