Suggestions over a tool to measure effective leadership in PM? I see in PMBOK 6th edition section 1.2.2 (pg. 10) a listing of areas over how effective PM will help organizations. I'm thinking the source of those elements would assist. Thanks!

Have you looked at PMI's Competency Development Framework as one basis for this: https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...ent-3rd-edition

Thanks Kiron! I'm checking on it now. First time I posed up here so curious over collaborations. I'm working on my doctoral dissertation over leadership effectiveness and looking to partner with PMI & members. Certainly looking to leverage current instruments versus working on new questions.

Another source to look at is toastmaster's leadership track which culminates in certificates.

There are a few Chapters that team up with toastmasters locally.

I prepared and posted an assesment tool based on the Toastmasters' leadership competencies - with their permission of course. The tool was a companion to my webinar Develop Leadership - Deliver Leaders!
