How cultural shift helps in organisational transformation?

It is difficult to change the culture in an organization but for transformation to be successful a cultural shift may be required. The role of change agent is crucial in transformation process.

Indeed, changing or shifting an organisation’s culture is one of the most difficult challenges in organisational transformation that require a dynamic and convincing change agent.


The factors that affect a cultural shift are overlapping and interdependent. The key factors of cultural shift that affect organisational transformation and vice versa include core values in employees, value propositions to customers and stakeholders, and its hierarchical structure.

Is not difficult if organizations understand that culture is one more into a set of variables that belongs to the business layer inside the enteprise architecture. I am in charge of that from 3 years ago in my actual work place.

Las organizaciones que se han mantenido en el mercado mundial es por que el CEO ha mantenido un pensamiento estratégico disruptivo; que apoyadose con planes estratégicos sostenibles y sustentables que le ha permitido crecer como organización. Pero estas estrategias deben apalancarse en el talento humana y cambiar o transformar la cultura organizacional cuando las personas no tienen claro los objetivos empresariales se torna complicado.

Cultural shift should be part of an organisational change management plan. Your plan should be to take the organisation from state A to state B and what needs to happen to effect the transition.

Hi,
Currently many large project environment is cross culture. and because of this it is very important to identify the similarities and enhance it for making much more stronger culture.

If cultural changes are required than consequence must be identified as it can have adverse effect. Sometimes organization may not agree with the change. So be aware with these requirements.
