Dear Community,

Mental resiliency improve cognitive skills such as strengthening focus ability and mental flexibility. Emotional resilience creates a healthy personal disposition and team climate that drives high performance. Hence, we need to build personal mental and emotional resiliency to self-regulate and develop a optimal outlook; consequently, we will be able to nurture and strengthen team resiliency.
How should we build personal and team resiliency that aid in functional and project teams?
