What can be the source selection criteria for a public procurement project with open competition for the upgradation of power plant control system.Can We take below mentioned attributes as part of criteria.
- experience of same system upgradation
- Financial position of firm
- Technical capability
- No. of year in business
- proximity or geographical distribution of offices
- spare parts supports or after sale service
- Warehouse availability
