Following the Opening Keynote at #PMI EMEA 19. What is the 1 degree change you want to do for success?
Jamil Qureshi points out that you only need to do 1 degree of change for success. Find the one thing you want to be doing slightly different.
What is this for you?

@abdulfazi think simple. It is right in front of your nose so to say. Most successful sportspeople for example look for one thing they are doing right and improve on it. In your job or business you look for the one thing you are confident you are doing right and improve on it. Look at what you get comments on. What are your clients happy about.
How can you make it just a bit better? How can you be just a bit more effective?

Then when you have improved on something, either improve on it again, or look for the next thing you want to improve.
