Is not a matter of leadership. Is a matter to understand the Newton´s Laws of Universal Movement.

Leadership practiced through philosophy alone renders little; leadership which is actively modeled through participation gains much.

If a leader wishes to truly bring-on “organizational change management” practices, then they need to represent its importance through “more than” being the mouth-piece. They need to engage and actively participate in workshops, meetings and the process as a whole. Eventually, when the program is rolled-out and stable, they can take a minor step back, but without modeling, no one else is going to get on the runway.
