Based on your perspective and experience, what is the most rewarding thing about being a Project Manager?

For me, one of my favorite or most rewarding things about being a Project Manager is helping people/teams reach goals.

Successfully completing a project while having a good bonding with the project team; so good that whenever you see them anywhere in the office, there'd be smile on their faces and they would ask you "hi; when are going to have another project?"

Hello Robert: It sounds to me as if you really enjoy creating relationships that go well beyond the life of the project. I can definitely relate - its those personal encounters that mean so much.

Hi Lori,

Sense of achievement, promise/assurance/commitment delivered. Repeat business. A wow moment. You can do that, feeling. An enjoyable working relationships that develops. Team intact. Learning that: no two days are same. And of course some similar things shared by the stalwarts.
