Based on your perspective and experience, what is the most rewarding thing about being a Project Manager?

For me, one of my favorite or most rewarding things about being a Project Manager is helping people/teams reach goals.

I love the fact that each project is creating a totally unique product, service or result. It's always fresh!

It's always very humbling to see the growth in your project team members.

I don’t know if there is one thing that is “most rewarding”, but here are some things I enjoy:

- Providing hard and soft value to an organization
- Bringing a project in for a landing amid a threatening storm
- Collaborating with teams/stakeholders and being part of something that is transformative
- Impacting lives interpersonally

To name a few.
