Yes. There are long projects, difficult ones and resilence is a key skill for the project management to ensure you can continue moving and motivating the team althought the difficulties.

You have to grow a thick skin because people keep pressing your buttons all the time . You have to keep your eye on scope and preserve your integrity at all times and sometimes be firm to be able to say "No"

I Agree. Resilience is a "must have" skill for a project manager.
And I have to say what I really think - and don't kill me ;-)
"Women who reach leadership roles are absolutely resilient". - Otherwise, they do not reach that positions.
