On a daily basis we hear numerous jobs are being lost through staff reductions, redundancies the reason behind this gloom is the 'credit crunch' and with the economy being in such a bad state predictions are being made that the recovery period can take upto year 2010. Project Management is no exception it is going to get worse before it can get any better, I really do think we have a long time to wait to see happy days returning once more. Organisations are taking advantage and have almost become demanding in their expectations offering reduced salaries.
