Hi, everybody! We are BelVG, a software development company, working with ecommerce platforms Magento and PrestaShop. We are looking for project management software. Can you help us? Saving Changes...
Depends on your organizational need. You might need to invite RFIs with few shortlisted vendors, compare & rate them on few key parameters - then select the one that fits the most.
Good ones in the market are Atlassian tools (JIRA/ JAMA/ Confluence), Workfront, Trello, MS Projects. Saving Changes...
Asana and Bitrix24 is one of the best project management software
1. Asana - is one of the most popular project management apps available. Availability: For up to 15 users, it’s free.
2. Bitrix24 - is a well-known project management system. Availability: Entirely free for up to 12 users
It depends on the complexity and the level of engagement from your team on how to use this software, then look at the cost vs benefits of using the PM software. Saving Changes...
With my company, we went through a couple different software options before finding the right one, and we landed on Asana. It's very intuitive and is great for transparency for my full team. I tend to be very particular in how I want my projects to be managed, and Asana allows me full flexibility with scheduling and adding details where needed so that my team has all the information needed for completing project tasks.
Also, it's got a great feature of color-coding, which I find very helpful as I tend to rely heavily on color-coding for organizational purposes. I highly recommend this platform for anyone that works on multiple projects with ongoing deliverables.
Another vote for Smartsheet. It's very user friendly with many features (more than you will use). I've found it also to be the most customizable. The companies, I've implemented Smartsheet, have appreciated the fact that outside users (clients etc) do not require a license. Saving Changes...

I just passed through that and I ended up not hiring a PM or task management tool, but a modular solution that connects the overall company performance with the project management tool, quality, risk, compliance etc. Saving Changes...
Ethan, Do you any specific requirements or constraints? There are vast number of software solutions available. At work, I have used Jira and MS Project and both are good tools. Used Asana, Trello, Monday.com, BaseCamp and LiquidPlanner for my personal projects. Here are some of the recent articles:
If you're running Agile, I recommend JIRA with Confluence
If you're straight waterfall - then MS Project Saving Changes...

Since you are into e-commerce development, I guess the following features will be of great importance to you
- Easily accessible and navigational kanban view - Ability to view, manage and prioritize tasks - Issue management or complete test case management suite - Document sharing and sorting for your ecommerce product images (e-commerce)
- Choose a tool which offers - Unlimited file upload ( for supporting large-sized documents) - Real-time collaboration and communication feature - Test case management if you require a lot of bug and issue fixing - Internal and external stakeholder management (To manage client request)
The most important criteria should be that the tool should support the fast-paced environment of e-commerce development.
I would suggest to try out the following tools - Asana, Wrike, Xebrio. Saving Changes...
