Hi everyone! I'm having this question on my mind for a long time and I was wondering what is your opinion? Is it ok to write emails late at night so that people see them the first thing in the morning or othen at the same night because we all stay very much connected 24/7 and use smartphones.
How do you feel about that?
Thanks for sharing!

I am sensitive to my team's time, family and work/life balance. Unless it's critical, I am not one for the 24/7 mind frame. With that, one can write an email anytime they feel the need to and schedule it for delivery at a specific time. I feel this is possibly the best option if the information is not critical. If a situation arises that requires an immediate response or need to know, I'm picking up the phone or sending out a group text.
