Guys,

Is there anyone who can share the simpler & easy to understand type format in reporting project status/milestone to business group?appreciate your feedback,pls....

This underlines you are in nedd of report. Your accentuation perhabs underlines the activity involved in report . Iam inclined to google but as you know googling always does not gives the specific path ans answer.But just be concious about what you are going to report bcaz your brad take on project information could have its multiply effect on you . Not divulging immensely i just attach the report

Simple is Great.

You can always do a Kanban Board- like template with the following columns:

To Do
Doing
Done

You can put date completed or due dates on each activity or task and responsible person.

I usually have dashboard indicators for my SPI and CPI. I then have textual entries for:

Accomplishments
Upcoming work
Risks
Issues
Changes

financial section could include risk, cost to date, variations etc. the other aspects have been mentioned such as progress summary, planned works, issue log, change/variations, value engineering and risk register.
