Yes I did , they are very responsive.
You may keep on trying frequently. Sometimes certain pockets of appointments open up if any cancellations happen.

I’ve heard this happened with others, and they contacted Customer Service / PMI by phone or email and they helped them out.

Their vendor is working to see if the test center is able to open additional day and hours so I would be able to take the test.
They recommended to check the website in a few weeks to see if there are any available appointment.
