Dear all,
We are currently working on one of the construction projects, which includes several sub-projects, where 4 contractors were contracted. The ongoing process is to discuss the scope of work for each case separately and then issue the work order, but the process is slow. To expedite time, a work order includes a subset of projects was proposed. What challenges do you expect to face from your point of view?
