This was quite a piece. It showed the deadly sins of pm. what would have made this article a little more resourceful would have been to counter each negative with what would work. But I think the biggest mistakes that can be made in pm is that of having greater respect for processess and placing emphasis and priority on the same. What makes our projects work is that of great synergy and teamwork meaning that people has to be at the core of what we do.
