Both are very good options to use and have own limitations.
It is completely depends on which one is the most suitable to fulfill your requirements effectively.
If you use Microsoft Products like MS-Office , Exchange Server and Windows Server and client , you can start with Azure.
MS Office 365 Business E3/E5 plan is good option where you can setup and manage your domain,email server,share point and one drive for sharing files and Lync ,skype and yammer etc.
Azure is open to Hybrid cloud systems whereas AWS is less open to private or third-party cloud providers.
AWS follows pay as you go and they charge per hour whereas Azure also follows pay as you go model and they charge per minute which provides more exact pricing model than AWS.
AWS has more features and configurations and it offers a lot of flexibility, power, and customization with support for many third party tools integration.
