How is an organization without projects?

I am curios about if any organization is able to survive without projects. I am seeing some issues in organizations and some influencers that said "an organization doesn't need Project managers', and organization need to focus in deliver strategy in in acontinuos way to improve their products/services and it is not a Project model way. It is a continuos tranformation model to keep the organization move. What do you think about it?
