I am new to Clarity and hoping to find a means to view resource allocations in percent format by project. We are entering percent allocation by resource by quarter, but are unable to find a view to show the percent information that is being entered. We also are at the mercy of a corporate Clarity development team so we are trying to understand the correct way to format a request if a view is not possible. Saving Changes...

Hi Karen, you can see resource allocations by percent from the resource planning link on the left hand nav (if you have rights). From this link click on the "allocations" tab and there are several portlet views that have resource to project allocations. You may need to configure the view to show the percent allocation or add it to your view. These are standard views, but you may not have the rights and or your configuration may be set up with different defaults but in either case your view can be changed without much work. Thanks, Cheryln. We were able to add some additional rights and I was able to find a checkbox to show the % allocation for the project by resource. I'm now guessing there are also additional rights under Reports & Jobs that I might need. I have found just how much can be done in Clarity - we are on a fast track to learn and are under pressure to use Clarity for project cost mgmt.
