Dear Praveen,

I found couple of questions related to agile in the exam, you can go through it once for understanding purpose but I have not seen much content in the exam.

You should be prepared with a high-level understanding of Agile. Appendix X3 of the PMBOK® Guide should be enough if you understand it well. I also recommend you be familiar with the Agile Manifesto, the 4 values, and the 12 principles. (agilemanifesto.org)

Praveen -

The PMP exam covers a lot more content than what is found in the PMBOK Guide so I would never recommend using that as a single source.

"Do I Have to Read the Agile Practice Guide for the PMP® Exam?"

A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) - Sixth Edition is significantly different from the prior Fifth Edition in that it is published and bundled together with the Agile Practice Guide. The inclusion of this new practice guide has created some confusion around what a student should study to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam.

Contents

1. What is the Agile Practice Guide?
2. What does PMI say about Agile questions on the PMP exam?
3. What Agile questions should I expect on the PMP Exam?
4. Use the PMP Exam Content Outline as your roadmap
5. Summary

I will send you the Link to the full article vie message.

Regards,

Markus
