If you could go back in time and visit your younger self, what advice would you give yourself regarding being a PM; would you try to steer yourself away from an experience or steer yourself towards one?

Three things:
1. Don't take on more than you can feasibly handle
2. Ask for help sooner than later
3. Right-size communication - over-communication means those who you need the most won't read it because it's too much to consume.

1) Go toward an experience, don’t focus on the salary or the work condition. Focus on the experience you are getting.
2) focus on what matters, don’t be foolish by the not-related “good-looking” opportunities build 3) relationships, the relations will last.
4) read a lot more books. More, more, more and more of reading will make you amazing
