Hello Everyone,

I am studying for my exam and I am failing in mocks with situation questions on what to do next.

I am trying to come up a list of activities on Closing the Project and I would like to ask you to review/correct it for me - acording to PMBOK.

Closing Activities order:
1. Ensure all project work is completed and obtain formal closure (financial, legal, administrative, Audit?)
2. Transfer the ownership of the deliverables (product, service or result) - knowledge transfer
3. Obtain final acceptance of the project deliverables
4. Prepare and Share Final Report
5. Complete Lessons Learned
6. Obtain feedback from relevant stakeholders
7. Archive Project Documents
8. Celebrate
8. Release the resources

How correct is this list according to what Project Managemetn teaches us?

Thank you,
Alvaro Couto

Interesting. I don't see that in Edition 6. What section did you find that in? I'm not challenging it whatsoever. I'm just wondering if there is more than in 4.7 Close Project or Phase, or they reorganized it.

Not directly related to your question, but just about the entire exam question bank focuses on what to do next.

It may come down to the quality of the mock exams you are taking. Try Rita's Fast Track and also PrepCast.

Hi, I've seen many posts on Rita's book. Is this PMP Exam Prep book is a text book like PMBOK, has only mock Exam questions or both? Also, does someone know the Rita's book edition referring to PMBOK 6th edition? Thank you so much !!!
