Whether you are aware or not, the cloud has already become a significant part of personal as well as professional life. There are many many use cases of cloud implementation resulting in cost-saving and quicker way to get things done. Also, the cloud is central to the convergence of new technologies like IoT, Robotics, AI, etc.
Have you found a PM-related area, which is yet to leverage the potential of cloud offerings and could reap great benefits in terms of cost, time & ease in near foreseeable future? How such plans will 'influence existing procedures' or, 'establish new practices' in the industry?
In a lighter note, it'll be great for a PM to have advance knowledge of the Expected Change Orders in the near term. Such an effort will require the deployment of means to collect necessary data for ML training and certain contract clauses with other parties to collect their data. There are many such use cases, what's your thought? Saving Changes...
