This is my first post since joining here and let me says this is such a great site wish I had found this earlier.
Cracking on, I work for an IT company and my management team are very interested in a PPM tool which covers the following requirements:
The tool needs to address the following:
1) Tool needs to produce dashboard showing the visibility of projects and projects in pipeline
2) Have capability of resource allocation (needs to show this) and who has availability
3) Have a clear visibility of projects (start/end date) and whether or not they are on target (RAG Status)
4) Tool needs to be able to feed what's coming into the pipeline and will need to assign resources to current BIDs alongside their different skills set (i.e ISD manager, PM, Transition Manager) etc
Has anyone here use a PPM tool that does the above?
Advice would be much appreciated
