Planning for PMI-ACP certification, I am PMP certified so please suggest how to proceed further and best reference material to refer for an exam in general and what are the important content to go through on projectmanagement.com?

For my PMI-ACP I took Udemy training from Joseph Phillips and a course from Master of Project. Both of those get you the 21 contact hours you need to sit for the exam.
You may also want to look into the Agile Practice Guide from PMI.
Do you have the necessary education and experience hours specifically related to agile? I'd recommend visiting the certification page (https://www.pmi.org/certifications/types/agile-acp) first, confirm that you meet the prerequisites and then develop your learning plan.
There are many self-study books and online resources available - many have been referenced on this site if you search for them.

There's a strong chance I will also be pursuing the ACP. I will share my own journey. Saving Changes...
