Maybe I just missed it. I found the plan for pretty much everything else under the sun. I just couldn't find that one.

Under the Templates menu, select the 'Project Plans' option. From there you can hunt for any project management plan template that strikes your fancy.
Alternatively, use the search box at the upper right hand corner, ensuring the selector is set to 'Content'.
This can be messy so you'll want to clean up the results page by selecting the 'Change' option next to Categories on the search results page to narrow the results to what category (i.e. Deliverables) you're looking through.

I searched in there for about an hour before posting this. I found every plan I could ever want EXCEPT the PMP...
There are couple of good links in this thread though.

The project management plan is the composite of the subsidiary plans. You can find that master list in table 4-1 of the PMBoK V6.

For templates, please refer to the Templates section of the website. Project Management Plan consists of subsidiary plans as mentioned by Keith.

Agreed. You'll want to comprise various plans together as the full PM plan.

Thanks all!
I knew the PMP was a compilation of all of the plans, but also knew there had to a template for the doc the contains the plans. The two that were linked here are helpful. Much appreciated.
