Youngest of the team ... always !

I am 23 years old and I am always the youngest project manager in the company. What advice can anyone give on how to be heard more and not looked over??

Hi Janique---as a project manager, you should know that your ageism, sexism and racism affords you a unique set of winning skills, put simply, you have unique ways of identifying and solving problems and navigating conflicts. Don't underestimate what you naturally have. I am available for more stories on being a successful PM.
