Hi

I completed my Master of Engineering in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING in INDIA. This is a 3 semester course (each semester is of 6 months duration). The subjects in each semester are as follows.

Semester 1

----------------

Work Study

Statistics

Engg. and Managerial Economics

Principles and Practice of Management

Operations Research

Facilities Planning Design

Work Study Lab

Seminar

Semester2

----------------

Numerical Methods and Computer Programming

Statistical Quality Control and Reliability Engineering

Production Planning Material Management

Personnel Management and Industrial Relations

Management Information Systems

Advanced inventory System

Seminar

Semester 3

-----------------

Project Work

The subjects are all related to management. With this background can I consider that I have 35 contact hours of formal education? Or should I need to do any other course to meet 35 contact hours of formal education.

Thanks

Sorry but if this is fir the PMI you have to complete 35 hours of training with an PMI Register Education Provider, in addition to a degree qualification. Some organisations will offer this as e-learning.
