Can anyone share a template where in i can enter the project data for monitoring and status reporting and this should be compatible to the CMMI process (level3)..
Basically need to provide project stakeholders with insight into the status and activities associated with projects Saving Changes...

You will need more than a template to be compatible with CMMI Level 3. Have a look at processMax by Pragma Systems. processMax is a web-based project management software solution that includes all the processes, procedures, guidelines, criteria, templates, and forms needed to be compliant with CMMI-DEV. They offer virtual seminars and I suspect that their sales team would be happy to talk with you and provide an example template. But again, CMMI Level 3 will require quite a bit more than a template for monitoring and status reporting.
I agree with Mark and there would have been thousands of companies which would have achieved CMMI level 3 if it was just a matter of sticking to a template. I suggest you to spend some time research on the subject so you will realize the gravity of the things to be done. Saving Changes...
