I try to avoid labels, Gaurav. Leadership is leadership. You can tack on servant or situational or whatever the label du jour is.
At the end of the day, effective leadership is service-oriented, situational and all those nice epithets.

The point is, in my personal opinion, the first thing to do to fail is thinking that something like anything leader exists. No matter that, you see those positions inside organizations including my actual work place. On the other side, most of the times people (I am not saying you) use the word transformation without understanding about what it does mean, why it is used, which thing is going to be transformed.
