Increased change resilience by individuals and organizations is needed but beyond that, the good practices for making decisions about which projects or solutions to procure hasn't changed.

Kiron, I firmly believe that no individual or organization alone can afford the necessary requirements to correctly take all the challenges in front of him/it. Partnership, inclusion and diversity must be part of our long term strategy.

You increase change resilience by providing a safe and supporting environment to learn and grow. The higher in the organisation this is done, the better and easier it is for employees. We need to think of our work environment as a laboratory or sandbox, rather than a production line.

Hi Stéphane, Great point, a learning environment is crucial now more than ever.
I'd add that change resilience increases by being exposed to small doses of change regularly - think of it like a change "inoculation"! Saving Changes...

In the same way we deal with change from more than 50 years ago. The thing that is different from those days is the velocity of the change (mostly time of obsolescense) and the information available (the revolution is similar to the printing machine by Gutenberg). But believe me, for people like me that working in software/hardward/system domain starting in 70s the change was always there. The important thing is to understand the foundations, the baement. The foundations, the basement still remain. Take a look to the PMBOK. If you the evolution from 1996 up to day you will find the tools and techniques have change but the basement (scope, risk, time, quality, etc) still remain. If you understand the scence then you will remain too. Saving Changes...

Thank you so much Sergio, the only important things are the foundations and the basement. It's true that change has always been there but that tsunami of emerging technologies in this digital revolution is causing a very great disruption.
