I agree with @Sergio, “project success” needs to be defined and therefore is one of the key ingredients for a successful project (i.e., defining objectives and success criteria). Once you have your objectives, then the next key is to have “strategic alignment” across the organization for those objectives.
As I like to target “full adoption” of the product or service delivered as my key benchmark for success, it’s paramount to understand what that means when you start formulating the project. Then measure every action taken on the project to make sure it is in alignment with that goal. Saving Changes...
