Evening everyone. I've been asked to create an R&D division for my company with approximately 30-50 people. I've worked in the design and R&D space for 15 years and have been a PM for the last 3 of them. I have no idea where to start and hoped someone could point me in the right direction in establishing a division. The usual team size project proposal templates and security is a big one. I've started researching how others have done it but obviously it's R&D so no one talks about how they do it. Any help around any kind of structure and basics guides at this stage would be helpful. Examples of other companies of the same size etc. I have the pmbok guide but again, R&D and security is another beast. Thanks Saving Changes...
