Speech to Text Services for Conference Calls

Hi all, I see many conference call suppiers offer speech to text services as an option. Does anyone here use these, and if so how do you find it - is the transcription of the call good enough quality to use as minutes of a meeting?

How is the transcrition supplied- is it just a word doc? Presumably it formats it to show which caller said what?
