How to deal with a tough Client who always create nuisance with unnecessary escalations?

This is part and parcel of being a project manager as some clients you wont see them till the end of the project while other clients will want to engage with the project management team as often as possible. These type of clients should be made feel appreciated and part of the project team as ultimately it is them you are trying to satisfy. As an approach such active clients should be given a defined roles and responsibilities within the project team as this will sharpen their focus and avoid unnecessary escalation. Look at these type of clients in the positive light.

What is "unnecesary" for you could be necessary for the client. Work with the client on it.

I would find an objective way to explain particular situation to your customer. If it does not work on operational level then maybe management to whom it is escalated will find your point.
