On-Demand videos watched but still 0% in account-earned PDU's section

I have watched the entire on-demand webinar but in my account they still show up as 0% complete why?

Hi there! There are a few network factors that can cause our embedded time tracker to become stuck and stop recording your PDU time to your account. Please reach out to [email protected] and someone will assist in adding the PDUs to your account!

Adding to what Heather said, you can go to your CCRS and claim those PDU’s manually.

Did you want more than ninety percentage of the videos otherwise you do not PDU's. Did you login using you projectmanagement.com account or another account as here may have been an authentication error and thus issues associating PDU's to you account. Did you leave a comment or rating as a proof that you watched the video.

Hi Daire! With how our system works, you do not need to rate or comment on the content in order to show "proof" that you viewed it. Our tracking is behind the scenes and does everything automatically for you.

It happened to me when watching the webinars on my laptop, I had to watch the webinars on the phone in order to see % of videos watched.

The only time I have problems with recorded webinars is if my projectmanagement.com gets timed-out, which usually happens if I pause the webinar then forget about it.

Hi , Videos I see not earned PDUs. I am unable to what was the issue. As different devices used for viewing.
And what proof I should keep for reporting.

Same thing is happening to me, all on demand werbinars I watched after 21st July have not been credited to me. Meanwhile my certification cycle is ending tomorrow 7th.

What should I do?
