Has anyone found an easy to understand description of Project % Complete versus % Work Complete.

Something to help me explain the different measurements in this kind of exmaple.

The numbers you have provided seem very confusing without any context.

Generally, I would consider Project % complete vs. Work % complete as the following:

If you plot labor vs. time on a graph in the traditional S-curve that fits most projects, how far you are along on the X-axis (time) is project % complete. The area under the curve (total labor expenditure over time) is work % complete.
