As project managers, we can help tailor the framework to improve effectiveness and efficiency. We should also identify and remove obstacles to protect the Scrum teams. I am in charge to implement SAFe in my actual work place. SAFe is an example of anti-agile way to do things but it was a decision taken from the top management. Project Manager role does not exists in SAFe. So, try to fit it into Scrum roles. My recommendation. Saving Changes...
