I found many plans taunting to say the least. Never seen, never heard them in real life. Yet they are important according to the PMI.

In this case the Scope Management Plan. Do you (you the reader of this question) have a real life example to kindly share with me?

So in theory the scope management plan would say what in most companies would be common sense, known practices, basic knowledge of how to manage scope. Would love to see that in writing...
