As far as I am aware, there is nothing that PMI issued regarding changes in the ACP Exam outline. They usually issue such notices well in advance.

December 2019 will be the second round of changes for the sixth edition of the PMBOK Guide. It appears that PMI is not necessarily driving exam changes purely on new Guide editions.
