I am putting together a brief workshop for an HR team who will be managing projects across a large company. I am looking for a case study that demonstrates a "failed" project so that the team can pick out the errors / mistakes. By the end of the session, I hope to have the group come up with the criteria for effectively managing a project. This is designed to be an overview only - future development will focus on the competencies in more detail. Anyone know of a fairly short, descriptive case study? Thx! Saving Changes...
