Has anyone experienced technical problem during PMP exam?

I booked my PMP exam and arrived on site on time but was told by the test center that I could not take the exam because of technical problem. The test center said it's Pearson VUE's responsibility and refused to provide any support. Then I contacted both Pearson VUE and PMI and was told that they will investigate into the situation. So now I still don't know how things will go on.
I wonder if anyone has experienced the same issue and how it's solved in the end? Saving Changes...

I have booked slot of 1.15pm on 28-09-2025 and was ready with all the preparation by 12.45pm. While trying to check in exam, after equipment check, nothing was working and faced glitches. I contacted pearson customer support call and they told me to contact after 3 hours. What will I do after 3 Hours when my exam time goes away? Then I contacted pmi customer support, they raised ticket and requested for review time of 3 business days. Can anyone help me am I able to reschedule it? Saving Changes...
Hi, I was taking my PMP online exam today through OnVUE. During the exam, my internet connection suddenly disconnected and the screen showed "Connection Lost". After a few minutes my internet connection was restored, but the exam session did not resume and I was unable to re-enter the exam. What will happened next? Yes. I experienced a technical problem during the virtual exam for both the PMP and the Technical Exam for Engineers. After the horrible experience where I was unable to join the examination platform because of a minor issue, I was forced to do a 9-hour drive to the nearest testing centre.
