I was required to provide some guidelines to my Evaluation Team on the following:-
1) What is consider as the Best Approach and Methodology?
2) How many yrs of experience the person must have to consider him as good for implementing the GRC Access Control solutions?
3) What type of Continual Support e.g Warranty and Support, Training Package is considered as good after the implementation of GRC Access Control?
Really appreciate your help/ advice / recommendations as I have 0 experience to provide guidelines for my team to gauge whether is a good or no good vendor... Saving Changes...

1) That will depend on your organization and supplier. (For example, SAP has its own implementation approach.) This should be tailored with the help of the supplier
2) I would say two implementation projects would be enough experience for your purpose. Make sure to ask for references and have them checked.
3) I would not worry about what is good. The more you can get of warranty, support and training, the better it is for the organization. Saving Changes...
