Can you actually memorized all ITTO?

Many people say the best method of learning it shall be understand the logic behind it. I actually agree with that.
But still, before my exam, I tried my best to memorize as much as possible on top of my understanding.
obviously the previous understanding helps me a lot, sometimes all the ITTO are strict forward, sometimes not as much.
I never 100% memorized every single ITTO for all KA.
Can you?
