I finished this year one project started in 2012 (officially - Discussions started in 2010). It was splitted in four big Phases where phases 2 and 3 had phase 1 as prior. Phase 4 was execulted simultaneously with Phase 1.
This was the longest and biggest project I've ever worked in. Second one was a 3 years project in MG - Brazil.
And Currently, I am working in a global Project started in last December and the completion expectation is the end of 2021.
All of them are very big learning and professional increasing for me. Saving Changes...
I was on one project from 2002 to 2009 and left as the PM, and it started and ended before and after my departure. This is typical though for military acquisition projects, but they are trying to reduce project life cycles. Saving Changes...
