PM have enough authorization level in your company?

At my first company, PM is more like the classic situation in the weak-matrix, they work but don’t have enough authorization.
For now, there isn’t a official PMO, but there’s a specific project team, with a manager for PMs, things become much better.

To me I think the authorization level of the PM also have a huge impact on project overall efficiency.

Hi Alex,

It is a bit complicated, decision making always goes through the top management of the company, it may be that the decisions of change both in times and costs all translate into money that the sponsor seeks to care for, do more with less. This often causes projects to be delayed, they are already the organization's own policies.
