Does anyone use a mobile application for their projects? I am the fundraising chair for the local Rotary Org. I would like to utilize an application to stay organized. Wrikes is not user-friendly enough for me, nor does it let you provide enough information.

We use MS Teams in both desktop and mobile mode for persistent chats with our team members

I use Wunderlist and Trello on my mobile device. Neither are our formal organizational tools, but they do help keep me organized. Both also have client apps for your PC or Mac. OneNote would also be a good option. Really depends on your specific use-case.

Hi Andrew. May I ask what functionality you're getting with the mobile apps? I am limited on what I can load on my business devices, but OneNote I can use. We have been using it for in-office applications. but not remote.

Hi Keith - I get all the functionality needed. Trello, Wunderlist, and OneNote all work great and are available for iPhone and android. They're also available via browser, so easily accessible without a need to install, though does depend on the network security protocols. For instance, when on a client's network I was unable to access Trello and Wunderlist.

I like Wunderlist because of the ability to create hierarchies for organizing tasks. Also can schedule, get notifications, and link to your calendar.

We use three applications that proved to work great:

1- DropBox: Access All Documents (Shared Respiratory)
2- Harvest: Time Management for recording and tracing daily activities
3- Project Teams (In lieu of Skype for Business) for instat chats, videos calls

Appreciate the responses. I will look into each and see which is a better fit. Mostly for communication in lieu of email and task assignment.

I have to admit that besides Outlook I do not use any mobile tools because I found that the value they actually add does not supersede the encroachment on my personal life. It is difficult enough not to look at business emails while at home. And to honest, I have never really felt 'if only I could access xyz now' when I'm away from the office.

Trello is a great organisational tool for tasks - for comms, I find Slack a fantastic option.
